Main tasks:
- Personnel administration
- Issuing access authorizations
- Business trip management
- Procurement of materials
- Budget management and invoice processing
- General administrative activities
- Preparation and organization of meetings and events
- Representation of the telephone switchboard and mailroom in case of vacation/sickness

Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in administration, in the commercial sector, legal assistant, tax assistant or a comparable profession
- Open-mindedness for new areas of responsibility
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Correct and confident demeanor, both in telephone and personal contacts
- Pleasure and skill in dealing with people
- A high degree of independence and personal responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflict
- Quick comprehension
- Good team player
- Confident in using a PC
- Experience in working with SAP programs is an advantage

The collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L) applies to the private sector. The classification is in pay group 8 TV-L. If the necessary requirements are met, it is possible to take professional experience into account when classifying in the experience levels and/or to aim for a civil service position.
