As of April 4, access to the service centers of the tax offices is again possible under the 3G (Vaccinated, Convalescent, Tested) regulations. A negative rapid antigen test is required as proof of testing, whereby the underlying test must have been taken no more than 24 hours previously.
It remains unchanged that access is only permitted with mouth-nose protection in accordance with the requirements of the FFP2 standard and only by prior appointment.
The electronic contact form, which can be found on the website of the local tax office, is still available at all tax offices. Citizens can use it to send their inquiries to their tax office online.
