Service to the aforementioned legal entity is not possible either at the address entered in the commercial register or at an address entered in the commercial register of a person authorized to receive service or at another domestic address known without investigation.

The aforementioned documents are therefore served publicly in accordance with Section 10 (1) of the Administrative Service Act. The documents are deemed to have been served if two weeks have elapsed since the date of publication of this notification. Public service can set deadlines in motion, after the expiry of which there is a risk of loss of rights (Section 10 (2) of the Administrative Service Act).

The documents can be inspected by the person concerned or an authorized representative of the person concerned upon presentation of a valid photo ID at the tax office Mannheim-Stadt.
