Public service

The current whereabouts (domicile or habitual residence) of the aforementioned person is unknown and service on a representative or authorized recipient is not possible.

The aforementioned documents are therefore served publicly in accordance with Section 10 (1) of the Administrative Service Act. The documents are deemed to have been served if two weeks have elapsed since the date of publication of this notification. Public service can set deadlines in motion, after the expiry of which there may be a risk of loss of rights (Section 10 (2) of the Administrative Service Act).

The documents can be inspected by the person concerned or an authorized representative of the person concerned upon presentation of a valid photo ID at the tax office Freiburg-Stadt.
