Service of process on the aforementioned legal entity is not possible at the address listed in the commercial register, nor at any address listed in the commercial register for a person authorized to receive service, nor at any other domestic address known without further investigation.

The documents listed above are therefore being served publicly in accordance with Section 10(1) of the Administrative Service of Process Act. The documents are deemed to have been served two weeks after the date of publication of this notice. Public service may trigger the commencement of time limits, the expiration of which may result in the loss of legal rights (Section 10(2) of the Administrative Service of Process Act).

The documents may be viewed by the individual concerned or by an authorized representative of the individual concerned upon presentation of a valid photo ID at the tax office at Stuttgart Körperschaften.
