The current whereabouts (place of residence or habitual residence) of the aforementioned person are unknown, and service of process on a representative or agent authorized to accept service is not possible.

The documents listed above are therefore being served publicly in accordance with Section 10(1) of the Administrative Service of Process Act. The documents are deemed to have been served two weeks after the date of publication of this notice. Public service may trigger the commencement of time limits, the expiration of which may result in the loss of legal rights (Section 10(2) of the Administrative Service of Process Act).

The documents may be viewed by the individual concerned or by an authorized representative of the individual concerned upon presentation of a valid photo ID at the tax office at Tübingen.
