The current whereabouts (place of residence or habitual residence) of the aforementioned person are unknown, and service of process on a representative or authorized agent is not possible.

The aforementioned document is therefore being served publicly in accordance with Section 10(1) of the Administrative Service of Process Act. The document shall be deemed served two weeks after the date of publication of this notice. Public service may trigger the commencement of time limits, the expiration of which may result in the loss of legal rights (Section 10(2) of the Administrative Service of Process Act).

The document may be viewed by the data subject or an authorized representative of the data subject upon presentation of a valid photo ID at the tax office in Karlsruhe-Durlach.
