Head of tax office retires
At the end of May 2023, the head of the tax office Ulm, Senior Government Director Elmar Reichle, will retire.
Reichle has worked for the financial administration of the state of Baden-Württemberg for over 39 years.
He worked at the tax office Ulm for a good 32 years in a wide variety of roles, most recently as head of the authority since January 2020.
His work at Ulm was interrupted by positions at the Ministry of Finance in Stuttgart and as head of the tax offices in Nürtingen and Stuttgart 1.
Until a decision has been made on Reichle's successor, Government Director Gisela Graf, the current deputy head of the office, will manage the tax office Ulm on an interim basis.
