The tax office Böblingen is one of the largest internal tax offices in Baden-Württemberg. As a member of the mailroom, you make a valuable contribution to the smooth flow of mail within the office.
THESE ARE YOUR NEW TASKS
- Collect, open and distribute incoming mail
- Preparations for the central scan of Swiss Post
- Prepare outgoing mail for dispatch
- In-house post run
- Organization of courier mail
- Processing electronic inbox
- Messenger services
- Answering telephone calls, operating the intercom system
- Administrative activities
