The service centers of the Stuttgart tax offices I, II and III, the so-called Central Information and Acceptance Point (ZIA), will be bundled at a central location as of 1.1.2026.
Until now, there was an individual service point at each of the three tax offices in Stuttgart. In future, there will be a central point of contact for all citizens.
The centralization will make it possible to deal with all questions relating to tax matters in one place in future
The advantages for citizens:
- All services under one roof: no more switching between different locations - in future, all matters can be dealt with at a central service point.
- Shorter waiting times: Optimized workflows and modernized processes make service faster and more efficient.
- Better accessibility: The new location is centrally located, well connected and barrier-free.
- Modern infrastructure: Appointments to visit ZIA can be booked via the appointment system.
The new Central Information and Acceptance Office (ZIA) is located at Rotebühlplatz 30 in Stuttgart.
