Note on the standard ground values
Information on the standard land value 1.1.2022 is not available at the tax offices.
You can obtain this information either from the websites of the municipalities (expert committees) or via the link "Boris-BW.de".
The city Esslingen has already entered the standard land values there as of 1.7.2022.
With other municipalities of the circle Esslingen this can last partly still until September. Unfortunately, the tax office Esslingen has no influence on this. Therefore, please do not contact the tax office with questions about the standard land value, but the responsible municipalities.
