In order to be able to deal with your request as quickly as possible, we would ask you to note the following when making inquiries by telephone:
- Please have your tax number ready for all inquiries. You will find it, for example, on your tax assessment notice.
- You can find your tax identification number ("IdNr") on your income tax assessment notice or online here.
- For data protection reasons, it is not possible for the tax office to inform you of the IdNr. by e-mail or telephone.
- The change of bank details must be communicated to the tax office in writing/electronically (if necessary, new SEPA direct debit mandate). As a result of a telephone call, no change can be made for legal reasons.
