The regular weekly working time for a full-time position is currently 39.5 hours.
Main tasks:
- Processing of deaths
- Checking any tax liability
- Requesting and checking tax returns
- Assessment of cases or exemption of tax-free inheritance cases
- Cooperation with other departments within the tax authorities and with other authorities (probate courts, etc.) as well as with external bodies such as banks and insurance companies
- Communication with taxpayers
- Reviewing and sorting all internal and external information on cases
- Monitoring of tax facts
- general administrative activities
We reserve the right to change the scope of duties.
Requirements
- completed vocational training and professional experience as a tax, notary or administrative clerk, office clerk, bank clerk or a comparable profession
- Experience in dealing with and applying laws and/or knowledge of administrative procedures
- Willingness to undergo further training with flexibility in terms of time and location
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflict
- quick comprehension and good teamwork skills
- confident use of a PC

The employment relationship is governed by the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TVL). The position is assigned to pay group 6 (Part I of the pay scale) TV-L.
