  • Filing deadlines 2024: When do tax returns have to be filed and what deadlines must be observed?
  • Extraordinary expenses: How is proof of inevitability provided following the introduction of the e-prescription? How is the lump sum for care claimed and taken into account?
  • Letting and leasing: Under what conditions can the new declining balance depreciation allowance be applied and how is it calculated?
  • Capital income: What are the consequences of the abolition of loss inclusions for bad debt losses and forward transactions?
