The tax office Lahr intends to hire an employee (f/m/d) in part-time 70% (27h 39m/week) on a permanent basis in the mailroom with telephone switchboard as of 01.07.2025.

These are your new tasks:

  • Sifting, sorting and in-house distribution of incoming mail as well as processing outgoing mail and courier mail
  • Processing and distribution of incoming electronic mail
  • Telephone switchboard
  • Archiving of old files
  • Courier services
  • Deputizing for and supporting the janitor (e.g. for in-house removals, material deliveries)

What you need

  • Written and spoken German
  • Reliability, initiative and ability to work independently
  • Organizational skills, motivation and physical resilience
  • Experience in using Office programs (especially MS Outlook)
  • Experience in manual work is an advantage
  • Class B driving license

The collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L) applies to the employment relationship. Depending on training and professional experience as well as existing special expertise, the position will be classified in pay group 3 TV-L. Depending on the applicant's qualifications and the focus of the job, the position offers development potential up to pay group 4 TV-L.

Subsequent employment as a full-time janitor (39.5 hours/week, pay group 5 TV-L) is envisaged.
