THESE ARE YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES
- They assess farms for property and estate tax purposes.
- They are involved in the income taxation of agricultural and forestry businesses.
- They maintain digital mineral resource maps; this includes, for example, processing and digitizing data collected in the field using a geographic information system.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in agricultural economics or horticulture, or a degree in a related field.
- You work independently, responsibly, and with a focus on results.
- You are comfortable using a computer and are ready to learn new software programs.
- You are mobile and flexible, hold a driver’s license (Class B), and are willing to use your personal vehicle for work purposes.

Compensation is based on the collective bargaining agreement for state government employees (TV-L). The position is classified under Pay Grade 11 of the TV-L.
