The aforementioned document is therefore being served publicly in accordance with Section 10(1) of the Administrative Service of Process Act. The document shall be deemed served two weeks after the date of publication of this notice. Public service may trigger the commencement of time limits, the expiration of which may result in the loss of legal rights (Section 10(2) of the Administrative Service of Process Act).
The document may be viewed by the individual concerned or by an authorized representative of the individual concerned upon presentation of a valid photo ID at the tax office at Offenburg.
