    Record numbers in pandemic year 2020

    The Baden-Württemberg tax administration has set a new record with around 4.2 million income tax returns in 2020. Despite more difficult working conditions due to the Corona pandemic, the average processing time was improved by one day last year. "It is outstanding that the more than 16,000 employees completed significantly more tasks in less time under pandemic conditions. This shows the impressive performance of the tax administration in the state", said State Secretary of Finance Gisela Splett.
