Making an appointment to visit the Central Information and Acceptance Point

We ask you not to make appointments for matters that can be dealt with by telephone, online or in writing.
Our service centre employees are available by telephone from Monday to Wednesday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 15:30, on Thursday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30, and on Fridays from 8:00 to 12:00 under the following telephone numbers:

If you have any questions about ELSTER, our ELSTER contact persons can be reached on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 to 12:00 and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 13:00 to 15:00 by calling 07022 / 709 - 500.
In addition, the central ELSTER hotline can be reached at 0800/5235055.
If you only need forms, it is not necessary to make an appointment. You tell us by telephone which forms you need and we will send them to you by post.
