Have you received a reminder letter despite declaration submission? Please check the following points
1. Is the file number on the reminder letter identical to the declaration you submitted?
2. There may be several file numbers for your property, for example, granny apartments or condominiums. Please submit a declaration for each file number.
3. Was the Elster declaration actually sent to the correct tax office ? Please check your transfer ticket. Is the file number the same as the reminder letter? If not, please resubmit the return using the correct or missing file number.
