Your data will be shared with your network contacts, but also with third parties. It is also transferred to the USA, which does not offer an equivalent level of protection of your data to Germany, and stored, processed and passed on to third parties there for business purposes (e.g. personalized advertising) as described. The public bodies (i.e. municipalities, authorities, courts, government agencies, etc.) that have an X, YouTube, Facebook or Instagram presence are jointly responsible for the data collection described here insofar as they enable the aforementioned networks to collect data in the first place, e.g. by setting cookies.
