From 10 August 2020, citizens will have to book an appointment in advance online or by telephone at the service centre of the relevant tax office - known as the Central Information and Acceptance Point (ZIA) - so that visitor numbers can be regulated and the risk of infection minimised.
Appointments can be made via the appointment system on the homepage of the tax offices as well as by telephone.
With this new service offer, citizens are given the opportunity to plan the time of contact on site and thus optimally integrate it into their own daily routine. In addition, by avoiding waiting times, the necessary distance rules can be better observed.
