From Kehl train station (also bus stop) cross the pedestrian crossing (B 28) in the direction of the German-French bridge. After approx. 100 m use the stairs on the left side down to the Rhine. Now the tax office building of Ludwig-Trick-Straße is visible on the left side.

- The nearest bus stop of the Hausach - Schiltach line is at the town hall, a 2-minute walk from the office.
- Arrival by train
- Arrival by train is via the line Offenburg - Hausach - Freudenstadt. From the station, the office can be reached on foot in 5 minutes (350 m) towards the city centre.
