The tax office Rastatt is one of 65 tax offices in Baden-Württemberg and is responsible for the taxation of individuals and companies. The area of responsibility of the property valuation office is diverse and varied. The tasks range from the assessment of real estate transfer tax to the determination of unit values and property tax assessment amounts as the basis for Grundsteuer.

THESE ARE YOUR NEW TASKS

  • Real estate transfer tax assessment of property purchase agreements
  • Determination of real estate transfer tax
  • Implementation of findings on Grundsteuer-new
  • Evaluation of building notices and other inspection material from the municipalities
  • Examination of property tax exemptions
  • Cooperation with other departments of the tax office in individual cases
  • Communication with taxpayers, authorities and notaries

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Experience in the application of laws
  • Knowledge in the commercial sector, in business administration, in accounting or in the real estate sector
  • Knowledge of administrative work or office organization is an advantage

The employment relationship is governed by the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). Depending on training and professional experience as well as existing special expertise, the classification is in pay group 6 TV-L.
