Job advertisement enforcement office

The tax office Bietigheim-Bissingen is looking to fill the position of an employee (f/m/d) at the enforcement office from 01.11.2023.

This is a full-time position that is generally suitable for part-time employees.

The scope of duties of the enforcement office is varied and diverse. The enforcement offices ensure that taxes due are paid. As a member of the enforcement team, you thus make an important contribution to tax justice. You will help secure government revenue, which is needed for public services and benefits all citizens.

The job profile essentially involves enforcement under the Tax Code and consists of the following tasks, among others:

  • Determination of assets and preparation for execution
  • Attachment of claims
  • Enforcement measures against immovable assets
  • Measures to prevent arrears such as trade prohibitions
  • Examination of applications for a stay of execution
  • Measures according to the insolvency code
  • Cooperation with other offices of the tax office in individual cases
  • Communication with tax citizens, authorities and courts

You bring with you:

  • Completed vocational training and professional experience as a paralegal, tax clerk, bank clerk or a comparable profession
  • Experience in dealing with and applying laws and/or knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Willingness to undergo further training with flexibility in terms of time and location
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflict
  • quick comprehension and good ability to work in a team
  • confident handling of the PC

The position is initially limited to one year; after successful completion of the theoretical and practical familiarization and probation in the relevant field of work, the position will then be taken on as a permanent employee. During the one-year training period, the position will be classified in pay group 6 TV-L. The transfer to permanent employment regularly involves the transfer of activities that correspond to the characteristics of pay group 8 TV-L.

Irrespective of this, it is mandatory that the periods of specialist theoretical training at the training center in Freiburg be completed on a full-time basis.
