The tax office at Singen is taking part in a research project at the university Konstanz to investigate spoken communication between authorities and citizens. For this purpose, conversations are recorded and analyzed anonymously. Participation is voluntary and takes place in compliance with all data protection regulations.
Participation by citizens is voluntary and can be revoked at any time, both during the on-site interview at the tax office and afterwards with the university.
