Employee (f/m/d) at the office

The tax office Emmendingen is looking to fill the position of a full-time (39.5 hours per week) or part-time employee (f/m/d) in the office team as soon as possible.

The office looks after the more than 200 employees of the tax office and is responsible for the organization as well as for all procurements.

Main tasks:

  • Budget management
  • Old file registry
  • mailroom if required
  • telephone switchboard if required
  • janitorial work if required

Requirements:

  • Written and spoken German
  • IT skills (knowledge of SAP system an advantage)
  • Good manners
  • Ability to work in a team and service orientation
  • Organizational talent, initiative and ability to work independently
  • Diligence and accuracy, manual dexterity

Intensive training in the field of work will be provided. The employment relationship is governed by the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). The position is in pay group 5 TV-L.
