Job advertisement for an employee at the office (m/f/d)

Vacancy to be filled by an employee (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

The tax office Ulm is looking to fill the position of an office employee (m/f/d) with regular weekly working hours (currently 39.5 hours) with an employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Main tasks:

  • Incoming/outgoing mail
  • Telephone switchboard (deputy)
  • Household management (support)
  • Material procurement and administration

The employment relationship is governed by the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). The position will initially be classified in pay group 4 TV-L. Advancement to a higher pay group is possible with appropriate proof.
