This is an open-ended employment relationship with a regular weekly working time of currently 39.5 hours.
The job profile consists of the following tasks, among others:
- Supervision of the office buildings and monitoring of the technical systems
- Responsibility for order, security and cleanliness of the office buildings
- Mail processing, e-mail correspondence and other administrative tasks
- Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work
- Carrying out, assisting with and transporting furniture for small internal removals
- Maintenance of outdoor facilities and supervision of cleaning services
- Supervision and monitoring of external tradesmen and contractors
- Courier trips with the branch office (a company vehicle is available) and sorting and distribution of internal mail circulation
- Assistance with traffic safety duties including winter service
You bring with you:
- preferably completed vocational training with professional experience, preferably in a skilled trade
- Ability to work in a team, open-mindedness, organizational skills and initiative
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including occasional short weekend assignments)
- Reliability and physical resilience
- Driving license class B

The employment relationship is governed by the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). The position is in pay group 4 TV-L. If you have completed training in a relevant occupation with a training period of at least three years, you may be placed in pay group 5 TV-L.
