The advertisement is aimed at civil servants (f/m/d) in the intermediate administrative service up to and including salary group A 10 as well as other interested parties (f/m/d) who are not civil servants and have completed vocational training in the field of administrative assistant, accountant, legal assistant, tax assistant, bank clerk or a comparable profession.
Your future tasks will be
- Procurement and management of materials and posting of orders in SAP-Repro
- Administration of digital time accounts (SAP time management)
- digital registry (BW e-file)
- Facility management
- Performing occupational health and safety tasks
- general administrative activities
- Taking over substitutions within the office in case of vacation and illness
(The exact area of responsibility will be determined after the induction)
