The tax office Wangen intends to hire an employee (f/m/d) in the area of the real estate valuation office in full-time or part-time (at least 50%) as of 01 January 2022. The regular weekly working time for full employment is currently 39.5 hours
The scope of duties of the Land Valuation Office is versatile and varied. The tasks range from the determination of the real estate transfer tax to the determination of standard values and real estate tax assessment amounts as the basis for the real estate tax. The varied and exciting range of tasks is rounded off by the fact that as a processor you will gain a deep insight into current property market developments. In addition, the area of responsibility is about to change due to the new regulation of the property tax. Changes in the area of responsibility cannot be ruled out, which is why flexibility and a willingness to undergo further training are expected
The job profile consists of the following main tasks, among others:
- Cooperation within the framework of the preparation and implementation of the upcoming property tax reform
- general administrative activities
- Recording and supplementing data
- Collaboration in the determination of the standard valuation
- Examination of property tax exemptions
- Cooperation with other offices of the tax office in individual cases
- Communication with taxpayers, authorities and notaries public
You bring with you
- Completed vocational training in the fields of administration, taxes, banking, business administration or in a comparable branch of the profession or professional experience in these fields
- Experience in dealing with and applying laws and/or knowledge of administrative procedures
- Willingness to undergo further training with flexibility in terms of time and location. This also with regard to a possible subsequent assignment
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflict
- quick comprehension and good team spirit

The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). The position offers development opportunities up to pay group 5 TV-L, depending on qualifications and orientation of the work.
