Mailroom employee (m/f/d)

Wanted: mailroom employee (m/f/d) with a regular weekly working time of 39.50 hours

The duties to be performed include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing of incoming/outgoing mail in paper and electronic form
  • in-house mail distribution
  • Organization of courier mail
  • Archive work
  • Messenger service and mail delivery
  • Support AllVA level 1

You bring with you:

  • German language in word and writing
  • Computer skills (especially Outlook)
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a team, open-mindedness, organizational skills and flexibility
  • Reliability and physical resilience

The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). The job is classified in pay group 2 of the TV-L.
