Job advertisement Employee (f/m/d) in the AllVA department

The tax office Ettlingen intends to fill the position of a full-time employee (f/m/d) in the AllVA department with a current weekly working time of 39.5 hours on a temporary basis as a parental leave replacement (initially for 30 months) as soon as possible. In addition to working at the AllVA level, the position includes working 25% of the time in the telephone switchboard.

Main tasks:

  • Collaboration in AllVA level 1 (preparation of tax returns)
  • Assistance with AllVA level 2 (preparing tax returns for assessment)
  • Sorting and distribution of EDP processing results
  • Recording activities
  • Cooperation with other departments of the tax office

You have

  • completed training in administration, commercial vocational training or professional experience in this field
  • Willingness to undergo further training
  • Concentrated way of working
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflict
  • quick comprehension and good teamwork skills
  • confident use of a PC
  • Good communication skills

The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). The position offers development opportunities up to pay group 6 TV-L, depending on qualifications and the focus of the job.
