The main task is to record incoming death and gift notifications in the PERLE IT system. In addition, the following activities may also be required:
- Assignment of notifications from the courts, banks and insurance companies to the death notifications,
- Preparation of letters to taxpayers and other authorities and
- Assistance with monitoring cases
Requirements:
- Concentrated way of working, commitment and ability to work under pressure
- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently and responsibly
- Open-mindedness towards new topics
- Willingness to work in a team and confident in using a PC
The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). Depending on the job description, the position will be hired to perform tasks that correspond to the pay scale characteristics of pay groups 2 or 3 TV-L.
