As one of a total of 65 tax offices in Baden-Württemberg, the tax office Stuttgart IV is responsible for collecting and booking tax revenue for the Stuttgart tax offices. The area of responsibility of the office is quite different, but very varied and versatile.
These are your new tasks:
- general administrative tasks
- Procurement and management of materials, including the necessary postings of orders in SAP
- Administration of digital time accounts (SAP time management/CATS)
- Administration of access protection
- digital registry (BW e-file)
- Assumption of substitutions within the office in case of vacation and illness
- Internal and external contact point (by telephone and in person)

The employment relationship is governed by the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). Depending on training and professional experience as well as existing special expertise, the classification is in pay group 6 TV-L, after transfer of the job a classification according to 8 TV-L is possible. It is generally possible to take professional experience into account when determining the experience levels.
