As one of a total of 65 tax offices in Baden-Württemberg, the tax office Stuttgart IV is responsible for collecting and booking tax revenue for the Stuttgart tax offices. The area of responsibility of the office is quite different, but very varied and versatile.
The tasks are as follows:
- Budget management, procurement and invoice processing
- Material procurement and administration
- Business trip management, ticket ordering
- Processing applications for ancillary activities
- Maintenance of the website
- general personnel matters
- Administration of enforcement officers
- Key and land register administration
- Support for the janitor's appointments
We reserve the right to change the area of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training and professional experience in administration, in a commercial profession and/or in a comparable profession
- Willingness to undergo further training with flexibility in terms of time and location
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflict
- good teamwork skills
- confident use of a PC
- Reliability
