Main tasks:
- Assignment of accounting transactions for further processing
- accounting activities, in particular for the safekeeping of payments without destination
- Administration of personal and general ledger accounts
- Monitoring of account transfers when moving from other federal states
- Determination of basic codes for monitoring tax characteristics and tax types
Prerequisites:
- Completed vocational training and professional experience in administration, in a commercial profession and/or in a comparable profession
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Willingness to undergo further training
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
- quick comprehension and good teamwork skills
- confident use of a PC
- Understanding of numbers and mathematical relationships

The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). The position is in pay group E 6 TV-L.
This is a full-time position, but it is generally divisible.
