The main areas of responsibility are
- Maintenance of the office buildings including winter and garden services
- Security, order and cleanliness in the buildings
- Minor repair and maintenance work of various kinds
- Furniture transportation for smaller internal removals
- Coordination and supervision of external companies and the cleaning service
- Co-supervision of technical systems (heating, elevators, etc.)
- Seating in the common rooms and meeting rooms
- Messenger services
- Support or representation in the mailroom
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, ideally with professional experience as a janitor
- Written and spoken German and basic PC skills
- Ability to work in a team, initiative, flexibility, organizational skills and a sense of responsibility, physical resilience and manual dexterity
- Car driving license
The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). You will be employed in pay group 4 TV-L.
If you have completed training in a relevant, recognized training occupation with a training period of at least three years, a classification in 5 TV-L is possible.
A standard probationary period is obligatory.
