Job advertisement of the tax office Sinsheim - janitor

The tax office Sinsheim has a vacancy for a janitor (f/m/d) with a regular working week of currently 39.50 hours at the earliest possible date, limited until 31.12.2024.

The main areas of responsibility are

  • Maintenance of the office buildings including winter and garden services
  • Security, order and cleanliness in the buildings
  • Minor repair and maintenance work of various kinds
  • Furniture transportation for smaller internal removals
  • Coordination and supervision of external companies and the cleaning service
  • Co-supervision of technical systems (heating, elevators, etc.)
  • Seating in the common rooms and meeting rooms
  • Messenger services
  • Support or representation in the mailroom

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, ideally with professional experience as a janitor
  • Written and spoken German and basic PC skills
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative, flexibility, organizational skills and a sense of responsibility, physical resilience and manual dexterity
  • Car driving license

The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). You will be employed in pay group 4 TV-L.
If you have completed training in a relevant, recognized training occupation with a training period of at least three years, a classification in 5 TV-L is possible.
A standard probationary period is obligatory.
