Employee (m/f/d) for the office

The financial administration of the federal state Baden-Württemberg is looking for a part-time employee (m/f/d) for the office at the tax office Emmendingen at the earliest possible date (regular weekly working hours 29.6 hours).

The office looks after the more than 200 employees of the tax office and is responsible for the organization as well as for all procurements.

The job advertisement is aimed at civil servants (f/m/d) in the intermediate administrative service up to and including grade A 10 as well as other, non-civil servant applicants (f/m/d) with completed vocational training in the non-technical administrative or commercial field.

Main tasks:

  • Budget management
  • Application procedure
  • E-file BW
  • Old file registry
  • mailroom if required
  • telephone switchboard if required
  • janitorial work if required

We reserve the right to change the area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Written and spoken German
  • IT skills (knowledge of the SAP system is an advantage)
  • Good manners
  • Ability to work in a team and service orientation
  • Organizational talent, initiative and ability to work independently
  • Care and accuracy, manual dexterity

The collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L) applies to the private sector. You will be employed in pay group 5 TV-L. If the necessary requirements and professional experience are met, there is the possibility of being placed in the experience grades.
