The tax office Stuttgart I is one of a total of 65 tax offices in BW responsible for the taxation of taxpayers. As a member of the office, you will support your colleagues in the office in areas such as personnel and organization.

These are your new tasks

  • Procurement of materials including the necessary postings of orders in SAP
  • general administrative activities (e.g. maintaining the telephone directory, processing lists, archive maintenance)
  • Distribution of electronic processes (processing of incoming ePost)
  • Taking on deputies within the office
  • We reserve the right to change the area of responsibility

The employment relationship is governed by the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). Depending on training and professional experience as well as existing special expertise, the position will be classified in pay group 6 TV-L. In principle, it is possible to take professional experience into account in the classification of experience levels.
