The Ministry of Finance in Stuttgart is at the head of the financial administration of the state Baden-Württemberg. With 65 tax offices, Oberfinanzdirektion in Karlsruhe is responsible for the fair and uniform assessment and collection of taxes. The tax offices are supported by 32 surveying staff in four regional teams.
These are your new tasks:
- You will record and delineate the types of agricultural and forestry use on maps using a geoinformation system and modern field computers with GNSS receivers in the field for tax purposes
- You will be involved in land estimation; this includes in particular the preparation and digitization of data collected in the field using the geoinformation system.
- You maintain the land valuation maps and books (partly still in analog form).
- You will keep the purchase price statistics for agricultural land.

The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). You will be employed in pay group 6 TV-L. As part of the induction and training phase, tasks corresponding to the characteristics of pay group 6 TV-L will initially be assigned. The area of responsibility will then be reassessed. This also includes promotion opportunities up to pay group E 9 a TV-L, if corresponding tasks can be transferred.
The prospect of a civil service appointment can be offered if the requirements under career law are met.
