The tax office Freiburg-Stadt has a vacancy for a full-time employee in the payroll tax employer's office (m/f/d) with a regular working week of currently 39.5 hours to be filled as soon as possible.

The tax office Freiburg-Stadt is one of 65 tax offices in Baden-Württemberg and is responsible for the taxation of taxpayers. As a modern service provider, we support our tax clients in fulfilling their tax obligations.

The area of responsibility of the Wage Tax Employers' Office is diverse and varied. As a member of the Wage Tax Employers' Office, you are the interface between the state and employers and thus make an important contribution to tax justice. You help to secure government revenue, which is needed for the provision of public services and benefits all citizens.

The work includes, in particular, monitoring, checking and issuing certificates in the following areas

  • Income tax declarations
  • limited tax liability
  • Double taxation agreements

You must have

  • completed vocational training and professional experience as a tax clerk (m/f/d), payroll accountant (m/f/d) or in a comparable profession
  • Experience in dealing with and applying laws and/or knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative, ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Confident handling of the PC

The employment relationship is governed by the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L) and the collective agreements that supplement, amend or replace the TV-L in the version applicable to the federal state Baden-Württemberg. Recruitment takes place in pay group 5 TV-L.
