The tax office Freiburg-Stadt has a vacancy for a full-time office employee (m/f/d) with a current working week of 39.5 hours to start as soon as possible.

As one of the larger tax offices in Baden-Württemberg, the tax office Freiburg-Stadt is responsible for the taxation of all citizens and companies in the city of Freiburg. As a modern service provider, we support our tax customers in fulfilling their tax obligations.

The area of responsibility of the office is diverse and varied. The office currently looks after the 340 employees of the tax office and is responsible for the organization and budget of the office.

Main tasks:

  • Anteroom of the office management (appointment coordination, call management, etc.)
  • Handling application procedures
  • Incoming mail
  • Budget management
  • Material procurement and administration

Requirements:

  • Good written and spoken German
  • IT skills (familiarity with the SAP system is an advantage)
  • Good manners
  • Reliability
  • Ability to work in a team, open-mindedness, organizational talent, structured work and flexibility
  • Initiative, ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Confident handling of the PC

The collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L) applies to the employment relationship. Initially, the position will be classified in pay group 6 TV-L. After successful induction and appropriate transfer of duties, a higher grouping to pay group 8 TV-L may be considered.
