The vacancy is aimed at civil servants (m,f,d) in the intermediate administrative service up to and including grade A10 as well as other, non-civil servant applicants (m,f,d) with completed vocational training in the field of administrative assistant, accountant, legal assistant, tax assistant, bank clerk or a comparable profession.
The job profile essentially includes the following tasks:
- Procurement and management of materials
- Literature management
- digital registry
- Reporting to the State Office for Salaries and Pensions
- general administrative activities that require in-depth specialist knowledge
- SAP work
- Business trip management
- Assumption of deputies (telephone switchboard, mailroom, budget management)
The scope of tasks may change over time and is subject to change.

The employment relationship is governed by the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). The position is assigned to pay group 5 (Part I of the pay scale) TV-L.
