The tax office Freiburg-Land has several vacancies for temporary staff in Freiburg or the Titisee-Neustadt branch office.

The tax office Freiburg-Land is looking to fill several temporary positions (m/f/d) in Freiburg or the branch office in Titisee-Neustadt with a regular weekly working time
of 19.75 to 39.50 hours from 01.05.2024.

The main task is to record incoming death and gift notifications in the PERLE IT system. In addition, the following activities may be required on a subordinate basis:

  • Assignment of notifications from the courts, banks and insurance companies to the death notifications.
  • Preparation of letters to taxpayers and other authorities and
  • Assistance with monitoring cases.

Requirements:

  • Concentrated way of working, commitment and ability to work under pressure
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Open-mindedness towards new topics
  • Willingness to work in a team and confidence in using a PC

The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). Depending on the job description, you will be recruited to carry out tasks that correspond to the pay scale characteristics of pay groups 2 or 3 TV-L.
