Job advertisement Surveying technician (f/m/d)

The financial administration of the state Baden-Württemberg is looking for a full-time (currently 39.5 hours) or part-time surveying employee (m/f/d) of the official agricultural surveyor (ALS) for the tax office Bruchsal, located in the area of the tax office Freudenstadt or Calw, starting as soon as possible.

The Ministry of Finance in Stuttgart is at the head of the financial administration of the state Baden-Württemberg. With 65 tax offices, Oberfinanzdirektion in Karlsruhe is responsible for the fair and uniform assessment and collection of taxes. The tax offices are supported by 32 surveying staff in four regional teams.

Main tasks:

  • You will record and demarcate agricultural and forestry land use types using a geoinformation system and modern field computer with GNSS receiver in the field.
  • You will be involved in soil estimation; this includes, for example, the preparation and digitization of the data collected in the field using the geo-information system.
  • You create and revise the land valuation maps in coordination with the official agricultural expert.
  • You will keep the purchase price statistics for agricultural property


Requirements:

  • You have completed training as a surveying technician, geomatics technician, draughtsman.
  • or you have another professional qualification, would like to change and are willing to familiarize yourself with the complex systems of land valuation and the GIS program used (Topol DIBO).
  • You work independently, responsibly and in a goal-oriented manner.
  • You are mobile and flexible, have a driver's license (class B) and are willing to use your private car for business purposes.

The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). Recruitment will take place during the induction and training phase in pay group 6 TV-L. Subsequently, the area of responsibility will be re-evaluated. This also includes promotion opportunities up to pay group E 9 a TV-L, if appropriate tasks can be assigned.

A civil service appointment in the intermediate civil service can be considered if the requirements under career law are met.
