The tax office Ehingen is looking to fill the position of an office employee (m/f/d) with 50% of the regular weekly working time (currently 39.5 hours) with an employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Main tasks:

  • Material procurement and administration
  • Old file archive and file registry
  • Incoming mail / outgoing mail / telephone switchboard
  • Support for janitor (deputy)
  • Household management

Requirements:

  • Confident handling of EDP
  • Initiative and ability to work independently

The employment relationship is governed by the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). Initially, the position will be classified in pay group 5 TV-L.
