The tax office Rottweil intends to hire an employee (f/m/d) with the regular weekly working time of currently 39.5 hours to strengthen the local real estate valuation office as of 01 April 2021.

The range of tasks performed by the Real Estate Valuation Office is versatile and varied. The work tasks range from the determination of the real estate transfer tax to the determination of standard values and real estate tax assessment amounts as the basis for the real estate tax. The varied and exciting range of tasks is rounded off by the fact that, as a processor, you will gain an in-depth insight into current developments on the real estate market.

The job profile consists of the following tasks, among others:

  • Real estate transfer tax assessment of real estate purchase contracts
  • Determination of real estate transfer tax
  • Carrying out determinations for the unit valuation
  • Evaluation of construction notices and other control material of the municipalities
  • Examination of real estate tax exemptions
  • Cooperation with other offices of the tax office in individual cases
  • Communication with taxpayers, authorities and notaries public

You bring with you:

  • Completed vocational training and professional experience as a tax clerk, notary clerk, bank clerk or a comparable profession
  • Experience in dealing with and applying laws and/or knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Willingness to undergo further training with flexibility in terms of time and location
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflict
  • quick comprehension and good ability to work in a team
  • confident handling of the PC

The position is initially limited to one year; after successful completion of the theoretical and practical familiarization and probation in the relevant field of work, the position will then be taken on as permanent employment.

During the one-year training period, the position will be classified in pay group 6 of the TV -L. With the transfer to the permanent employment relationship, the transfer of
activities that correspond to the characteristics of pay group 8 TV-L takes place on a regular basis.

The job is also suitable for part-time employees. Irrespective of this, the periods of specialist theoretical training at the training center in Freiburg must be completed on a full-time basis.
