SCOPE OF WORK:
Part-time with currently 19.75 hours per week
THESE ARE YOUR NEW TASKS
- Supervision of the office buildings Schloß 7 and Herrenwiesenstraße 21 in Bad Mergentheim
- Supervision and monitoring of the technical systems in the office buildings
- Substitute care of the office building in Tauberbischofsheim
- Cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor areas with winter service (also at weekends and on public holidays)
- Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work
- Contact person for tradesmen, technicians and cleaning companies
- Contact person for property and construction Baden-Württemberg
- Daily assistance with mail processing (incoming mail/outgoing mail/mail distribution/sorting and distribution of internal mail circulation)
- Processing of material deliveries and management of consumables
- Registry work
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed vocational training and professional experience, preferably in a skilled trade
- Class B driving license
- Basic PC skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including occasional short weekend assignments)
- Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Physical resilience, flexibility, initiative, diligence and accuracy

The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). Depending on training and professional experience as well as existing special expertise, the position will be classified in pay group 4 TV-L or pay group 5 TVL. It is generally possible to take professional experience into account when determining the experience levels.
