Notice of vacancy of the tax office Bad Urach

Vacancy notice: to recruit full-time or part-time staff to strengthen the local land valuation unit.

The tax office Bad Urach is looking to fill the position of an employee (f/m/d) to strengthen the local land value office with a weekly working time of currently 39.5 hours as of 01.01.2022.

The area of responsibility of the real estate valuation office is versatile and varied. At the same time, the area of responsibility is facing changes due to the new regulation of property tax. The varied range of tasks is rounded off by the fact that as a processor you will gain an insight into current property market developments.

The job profile consists of the following tasks, among others:

  • Collaboration in the determination of standard values
  • General administrative activities
  • Data maintenance
  • Registration activities
  • Cooperation with other offices of the tax office in individual cases
  • after 2-3 years of work in the real estate valuation office, a change in the field of activity is possible


You bring with you:

  • Completed training in administration, commercial vocational training or professional experience in this field
  • Interest in the application of laws and/or knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Willingness to undergo further training with flexibility in terms of time and location, particularly with regard to a possible change in the area of responsibility at a later date
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflict
  • quick comprehension and good ability to work in a team
  • confident handling of the PC

The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). Depending on the qualifications and orientation of the job, the positions offer development opportunities up to pay group 5 TV-L.
